These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hash Game ("we", "us", "the platform", "Hash Game") in relation to your use of the website hashgame.im and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered through it.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or in any other way using the Hash Game platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Hash Game.
These Terms apply to all products available on Hash Game, including PSL cricket betting, Teen Patti, live dealer card games, the Aviator crash game, Esports betting, Rummy, Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar and all other products we offer now or in the future.
Important: Hash Game is intended for entertainment purposes. Betting and gaming carry financial risk. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Our responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings at all times.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Hash Game. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Hash Game may at any time request proof of age. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending review.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on Hash Game. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited, including bonuses and winnings accumulated through those accounts.
You may only register and play on your own behalf. Using Hash Game on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted.
You must not be on Hash Game's self-exclusion list or any other exclusion programme at the time of registration or during your use of the platform. If you have previously self-excluded and that period has not expired, it is your responsibility not to attempt re-registration.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested. Providing false information — whether intentionally or negligently — is grounds for account termination.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Hash Game login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not allow anyone else to access your account. Any action taken through your account — whether by you or a third party — is considered your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Hash Game support immediately at support@hashgame.im.
Hash Game may request identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents may include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Hash Game support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and remaining balance (subject to any applicable verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Hash Game reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
All transactions on Hash Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the source account.
Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within a few minutes but may take up to two hours during weekends or public holidays. Hash Game is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Note: Hash Game does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may have its own transaction charges — please check with them separately.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Hash Game is Rs 500. There is no platform fee charged on standard withdrawals.
Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Hash Game VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Hash Game is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers or banking networks.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice. If the original method is not available, Hash Game support will work with you to arrange an alternative, subject to additional verification.
Hash Game may require identity and payment method verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This is a security measure to protect your account and the integrity of the platform. Please have your CNIC or equivalent document available.
Funds received as bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not form part of any withdrawal. Exact wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Hash Game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses at Hash Game carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
All bonuses at Hash Game carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be met. Unused bonus funds and winnings generated from an expired bonus will be removed from your account automatically at the point of expiry.
You may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in some or all of the bonuses being voided.
Hash Game actively monitors bonus activity. The following will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
Promotion Updates: Hash Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, any qualifying activity completed before the cancellation notice will still be counted toward the promotion terms.
A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed when it has been recorded in the Hash Game system and you have received a confirmation. A bet that has not been confirmed — for example because of a disconnection or technical issue at the point of submission — has not been placed and any stake will remain in your account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets at Hash Game. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. Hash Game reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts, without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any situation where a game or market result cannot be verified with certainty, Hash Game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
Hash Game is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your internet disconnection during an active game round or betting market. In live dealer games, play continues per the game rules regardless of your connection status. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection.
PSL and cricket betting markets at Hash Game are governed by the specific rules displayed within the PSL Betting section. In the event of a match being suspended, interrupted or abandoned, market settlement will follow the rules for that specific market. Where markets cannot be settled under those rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Hash Game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request a cooling-off period from Hash Game support. During a cooling-off period your account remains registered but you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled before it expires.
Self-exclusion is the most serious tool available. When you self-exclude, Hash Game will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from logging in or registering a new account. The underlying software powering Hash Game games — including RNG systems, live dealer streaming infrastructure, and betting market engines — is proprietary or licensed technology. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract this software is strictly prohibited.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, transaction or account decision, the first step is to contact Hash Game customer support at support@hashgame.im with full details. Hash Game will investigate and respond within 72 hours in the first instance. For complex disputes, a full resolution may take up to 14 working days. We ask that you allow the full investigation period before escalating.
Once a game round is completed and settled, the result is final unless Hash Game determines independently that a technical error occurred that affected the outcome. Player claims that a result was incorrect based on personal recollection alone, without technical evidence, will not be upheld.
Hash Game reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players through the platform's notification system and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hash Game after a change has been notified and the updated Terms published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using Hash Game and may close your account. We will process any pending withdrawals regardless of account closure status, subject to standard verification requirements.
