Everything You Need to Know Before You Register
Registering at Hash Game is genuinely straightforward, but there are a few things worth knowing so everything goes smoothly from the start. This section covers the key points — eligibility, what information you will need, the verification process, and what to expect after your account is active.
Who Can Register
Hash Game is open to Pakistani residents who are 18 years of age or older. You must register using your own identity — not someone else's — and you can hold only one Hash Game account. If you have had a previous account that was closed for any reason, contact support before attempting to register again. Each player gets one account, full stop.
What You Need to Register
The registration form at Hash Game asks for basic information only. You do not need to upload any documents to create an account. You will need:
- Your full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
- A valid Pakistani mobile number that you have access to (this is used for OTP verification and becomes your login ID)
- Your date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older)
- A password of at least 8 characters — use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols for best security
- An email address is optional at registration but recommended for account recovery
Identity Verification (KYC)
You do not need to submit identity documents to register or to start playing at Hash Game. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal or if you deposit above a certain cumulative amount. At that point, Hash Game will ask you to upload a photo of your CNIC and a screenshot showing the payment method is registered in your name. This is a standard process that protects all players — it usually takes under 24 hours to complete.
One Account, Full Control
Your Hash Game account comes with a full suite of responsible gaming tools from day one — deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These are in your account settings under Responsible Gaming. Setting a deposit limit before your first session is something we actively recommend — it removes the need to make a real-time decision mid-game.
Referral code? If someone shared a Hash Game referral code with you, enter it in the optional referral code field during registration. Both you and the referring player will receive the applicable referral bonus once your account is verified and you make your first deposit. Referral codes must be entered at registration — they cannot be added to an existing account.
